1. Determination
V: This is important because it proves the hard work someone is willing to put in
R: This is not rare, I think a lot of people are very determined when they are working towards something that they really want.
I: This can be imitated if an individual truly sets their mind to something
N:I think this can be substituted, however as the owner of a company, I think it is very important for the owner to have determination.
2. Time Management
V: This is very valuable because time management can make or break someone
R: This is not rare, I believe you need to have time management in order to be successful
I: This can be imitated, many people have very good time management
N: This can be substituted, other employees may be able to make up for someone else's lack of time management.
3. Creativity
V: This is very valuable because it can make one company better than the next
R: This is something that can be rare, many people do just not think deep enough into their ideas.
I: This can be imitated, their are quite a few people that are creative
N: This can be substituted because someone else in the company may only be there for their creative ideas.
4. Social Capital
V: This is valuable because its all about who you know not what you know
R: This is something that is not rare, there are so many people that know a lot of people out of their general friends and this helps them
I: This can be imitated, there are a lot of people that have a very large social capital
N: I do believe that this can be imitated, there are many people with a large social capital
5. Teamwork
V: This is valuable because if people cannot work as a team with their coworkers then the business will never work
R: this is not rare, there are many companies that are only successful because of their ability to work as a team
I: This can be imitated, however, I think everyone on the team must have good teamwork skills.
N: This cannot be substituted, you want to be able to work with people that you work well with.
6. Sales Ability
V: This is a valuable trait, you may come up with a. product or service but then you have to sell it
R: this is not too rare, a lot of people are good at selling their product or service
I: This can be imitated
N: this can be substituted, the creator of the company does not have to be the one that is selling it to other. Specific people can be hired to sell.
7. Partnerships
V: this is a valuable trait because it is very important to work with others in order to grow your company
R: this is something that is not extremely rare, most business men and women are able to create good partnerships with other companies.

N: this cannot be substituted, if you do not have partnerships then you are all alone and it may make it more difficult for your business
8. Human Capital
V: This is something that is very valuable, for example having a business degree can really help you when starting up a company
R: this can be rare because it will be specific to that individual.
I: This can be imitated it a different way
N: this may be able to be substituted by other things that are similar
9. Money invested
V: This is very valuable because it can ensure the success of your business
R: this can be rare because not everyone has the money to invest right off the bat

N: This can be substituted by organizing your finances in a different way
10. Networking I have made through UF
V: this is very valuable, I most likely would have never met these people otherwise
R: this is not rare, a lot of people make network connections while in college
I: this can be imitated
N: people do not have to go to college to make network connections, because you can meet people anywhere

I think my most valuable resources are the network connections that I have made through UF, my determination to be successful, and my teamwork skills.
I think all of these things work very well together, I believe it is so important to have all of these things and have traits that are very unique to you, you want to have something that nobody else has.
